Interface rebuilt in HTML/CSS from my original dashboard for this portfolio. Vacancies, companies, contacts and dashboard statistics are illustrative—including 103,847 total records and 1,847 incoming records for the day.
A tool for my own workflow
Vacancies and freelance briefs appear in Telegram groups, Facebook communities, Reddit and Threads. Checking each source manually makes it easy to miss relevant work and spend time on unrelated posts.
I built this dashboard for my own job search. It brings incoming posts into a review queue, classifies their subject and helps separate likely opportunities from spam. It is a focused personal tool, designed around the way I discover and review work.

to a useful lead
Platform-specific collection
Node.js and TypeScript coordinate the collectors. Browser automation with Playwright supports Facebook and Threads collection, while the Telegram integration uses its client protocol, MTProto, to receive updates. Reddit provides another stream of community opportunities.
LLM-assisted classification
An LLM accessed through an API assigns categories such as development, design and marketing. A second part of the classification checks whether the post resembles a real opportunity or should be treated as likely spam.
A review queue I can act on
Platform badges keep the origin visible beside each title. Category filters, search, budget details and review states help narrow the list. The detail panel preserves the post context before I shortlist or ignore it.
Bot automation & visibility
Telegram bot automation supports the personal workflow alongside the dashboard. Activity charts and source breakdowns make the incoming stream easier to understand and show which categories and platforms are contributing posts.
Small scope.
Practical value.
This project is an example of targeted automation: bringing a fragmented routine into one place. The focus is a useful personal workflow, from collecting posts to deciding which opportunities deserve attention.
The portfolio interface uses fictional English briefs and refreshed controls. It illustrates the workflow without exposing the original vacancies, authors or private source names.
