How your information is used when you visit this portfolio or send a project inquiry.
Who is responsible
Vladyslav Ruban, an independent developer based in Varna, Bulgaria, is responsible for personal data processed through vladyslav.space and its current miniapp.vladyslav.space placeholder. For privacy questions or requests, email fastydeveloper@gmail.com.
Information collected
- Project inquiries: your name, project type, preferred contact method and the contact details you enter. A request identifier, submission time, website origin and delivery status are also recorded.
- Technical information: the server processes your IP address to limit abusive requests. Web-server logs can include your IP address, requested URL, time, response status, referring page and browser user agent.
- Follow-up correspondence: information you choose to share when we discuss your inquiry by email or your selected messaging service.
The contact fields are needed to receive and respond to your inquiry. Providing them is voluntary; without a working contact detail, I cannot reply. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.
Purposes and legal bases
I use inquiries to answer your questions, discuss your project and take steps towards a contract at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other business correspondence, the basis is my legitimate interest in responding to relevant inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Security logs and request limits support my legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and preventing spam or misuse (Article 6(1)(f)). Information may also be retained where required by law (Article 6(1)(c)). Contact details are not used for unsolicited marketing or sold. This website does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Where inquiries go
Your inquiry is saved on the website’s private server storage and forwarded through a Telegram bot to a private chat used by me. This happens regardless of the contact method you select; that selection tells me how you prefer to receive a reply. Failed deliveries are retried.
The hosting infrastructure is provided by Namecheap. Telegram processes the notification content through its service. If we continue by email or another messaging platform, that provider also processes the correspondence. Access may also be provided where legally required.
These providers operate internationally, and their processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area. Their locations and data-transfer arrangements depend on the service and account. See the Namecheap Privacy Policy and Telegram Privacy Policy. You can contact me for further information about the arrangements relevant to your inquiry.
How long information is kept
Inquiry and correspondence retention depends on whether a conversation or project is ongoing, whether follow-up is needed, and whether records are needed for legal obligations or resolving a dispute. Server records and Telegram copies currently have no automatic expiry; removal is handled manually, including when you request deletion and no overriding retention obligation applies.
Web-server logs rotate daily with 14 archived rotations retained, normally around two weeks plus the current log. IP-based application rate-limit counters expire after 10 minutes; the reverse proxy also keeps temporary counters to control request frequency.
Cookies and external links
Google Analytics 4 is used only after you accept optional analytics. It helps me understand page visits and website usage, including browser/device information and approximate location. Google processes this information; see the Google Privacy Policy. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this website’s tag configuration. Contact form contents are not included in custom analytics events.
Before acceptance, the Google tag is not loaded. Rejecting analytics does not affect the contact form or other website features. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are configured with a six-month lifetime, which may refresh with use. Your Accept/Reject preference is stored locally in your browser for 180 days. Google Analytics data retention also depends on the property settings. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal disables analytics and removes its cookies on this site; it does not erase data already processed.
Fonts, portfolio images and videos are served from this website. Links to social platforms open those services, whose own privacy and cookie policies then apply.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send requests to fastydeveloper@gmail.com, preferably using the contact detail from your inquiry. I may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or deleting records. Requests are normally answered within one month; if a lawful extension is needed, I will explain why.
You can complain to a relevant data-protection authority, including Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection, or the authority where you live or work. You do not have to contact me first.
Security and updates
The website uses HTTPS, server-side input validation, request limits and restricted access to stored inquiries. No transmission or storage system is completely risk-free. Changes to these practices will be reflected here with an updated date.
